Refund and Return Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at motionzen.store@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee for products that arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged, simply send us a photo at motionzen.store@gmail.com, and we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our support team and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Customers may request a return within 90 days of receiving their order. Products must be returned in their original condition, carefully packaged, and include all accessories exactly as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return warehouse address. After your returned package has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please email your return tracking number to motionzen.store@gmail.com after shipping your return.

Refunds cannot be issued if the package does not arrive due to customer-related issues, including providing an incorrect shipping address.

MotionZen™ works with fulfillment warehouses located in Europe, the USA, and China. Returned items must be shipped back to the warehouse from which the original order was dispatched.
